Bring a shotgun and real healing. Giant Piranha is named alongside the two whale fights as a battle that must have healing — hunger turns a readable long fight into a defeat.

• Clear just enough small piranhas to lock onto the boss completely — no more.
• Fire the shotgun at the boss; when it jumps, dodge sideways.
• Keep continuous output between jumps and heal immediately when bitten.
• Watch the white escape bar and force the kill before it empties.

💡 The small piranhas are low-health interim healing food — clear them with that in mind.

Return the skeleton to the lady by the lake. When she accepts it you receive the Island 3 coordinates — the map moves on item hand-in, not on the kill itself.
